Markdown Monday Linky Party! (November 3rd - 7th)

Please add your link below to join the linky fun!
Link a product from your TpT store that you would
like to "markdown" until Friday, November 7th.
How much you markdown your product is up to you!
We would love it if you displayed your product and the linky on your blog and then link back to us. Thanks so much and have fun!
If you're not selling, but looking for bargains, please check out the fabulous discounted products in the linky party below! (Be sure to check back all week as teachers may be adding products throughout the week.)

This week we are featuring:

It is 50% off!
Click on the picture above to check it out in our store!

Our "Gobbling Up Beginning Sounds" pack includes 26 turkeys, one for each letter of the alphabet, plus 6 pictures that begin with each letter (except x has some ending sounds also). Students can practice isolating the beginning sound of each picture and identifying the beginning letter to place it on the correct turkey. There are also several mixed assessments included in this pack for center follow-ups, classwork, or homework.

Here are several of the turkeys and the pictures for students to sort with the correct turkey:

Here is  completed turkey (he is just too cute!):

We like to group 4 or 5 turkeys in one bag with the corresponding words to use for fast finishers and literacy centers in our classrooms. This way, you have 5 or 6 groups of children who can work on the turkeys at the same time and you can also vary the number of turkeys and words and the difficulty of the sets based on the needs of your students.

Here is a student sample of one of the assessments included in this pack:

We hope your students are able to enjoy this fun center for beginning sounds and letters.
Please come and check out the other turkey fun we have in our store too!
